Gary Crump FCCA (DIRECTOR)
Qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002 after training with a leading Evesham based firm of accountants Gary left employment in 2004 to start G C Accountancy Ltd. Over the next 6 years he established a leading local practice with a diverse and loyal client base.
Efficient and forward thinking Gary ensures that his clients always receive the very best service and advice.
Like Tim Gary takes a particular interest in working with small local businesses. A great believer in providing a cost effective and efficient service Gary ensures that his clients do not pay over the odds for professional advice. Down to earth and keen to build lasting relationships Gary is happy to take the time to explain things in a clear and understandable way.
Gary's area of specialism's include, Taxi and private hire firms, Estate and lettings agents, Farming and agribusinesses and manufacturing and fabrication.
Evesham born and bred Gary continues to live in the town with his wife Karen and their 2 daughters Hannah and Molly.
Tim Pearce FCCA (DIRECTOR)
Tim Qualified in 2004 after training with a multi office Worcestershire based firm of Chartered accountants. Following qualification he spent the next 5 ½ years at a mid sized local firm based in Cheltenham rising to the role of associate director before linking up with Gary in Early 2010.
Dynamic in his approach Tim prides himself on providing effective business and tax advice in a clear and understandable way. A great believer that the client is King Tim aims to deliver an exceptional service to all his clients.
Tim takes a particular interest in working with owner managed businesses helping the owners to develop and grow their businesses and occupies the role of quasi FD for a number of his clients. Hands on and straight talking Tim aims to cut through the pretentious formalities that sometimes materialise in advisor/client relationships so that his clients feel the real benefit of down to earth and honest advice.
Other areas of specialism include providing advice and services to start up businesses, dentists, Transport and distribution companies, Estate and lettings agents, and owner managed businesses.
Tim lives in Evesham with his wife Jo, a primary school teacher, and their 2 young sons Sebastian and Isaac. When not at work Tim enjoys family life and dreams of lazy days by the sea!
Gary and Tim are supported by an experienced support team who help to ensure that their clients receive only the best service.
Rachael Green – PA to the Directors/Administration manager
The first point of contact for our clients Rachael is an integral part of the team. Not only does she efficiently organise Gary and Tim's diary she also heads up the practices administration and ensures that the practice runs smoothly.
Joining Gary in 2008 Rachael has a vast amount of experience working in the accountancy profession having previously worked for another long established and well respect firm of local accounts.
Rachael lives in Evesham with her husband and son and when not at work enjoys country walks and Cornwall.
Karen Crump – Office administrator/Credit control
Karen works with Rachael to look after the office administration and also looks after the practices sales ledger.
Chris Shephard – Payroll manager/Accounts team
Chris joined the team from college training towards his AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and is currently in his final year of study. Chris is always ready to offer assistance to clients and the rest of the team.
Chris has recently taken over the role of payroll manager and is responsible for looking after the needs of our busy outsourced payroll and CIS bureau.
As well as his work as payroll manager Chris is a key member of our Accounts team dealing with a wide variety of clients.
Chris is also a car fanatic and when not at work enjoys eating out and going to the cinema.

Chris Perry – Accounts Team
Chris joined Crump Pearce in February 2011 having previously worked for a 2 partner firm in Redditch. Having recently passed his AAT exams he is planning to go on and study for his ACCA qualification over the next couple of years.
Chris has a strong back ground in general practice and has developed a strong understanding of Sage and other computerised accounts packages. Chris is also our online accounting champion developing our offering in this area.
Outside of work Chris is a car fanatic and is most at home under the bonnet.
Judy Vowell – Accounts Team
The practices longest serving employee Jude has worked with Gary since 2006. Judy has a wealth of experience having previously worked for a medium sized accountancy practice in Stratford.
Originally from Stratford-on-Avon Judy has lived in Evesham for 11 years.
Judy is the practices farming/agribusiness and licensed trade specialist.
Karen Dean – Accounts Team
Karen Joined Crump Pearce in June 2010. She has many years experience in accountancy and bookkeeping having worked in Small and Medium sized accountancy practices in the Home Counties, London, Wales and the West Country and more recently for a Cheltenham based.
Born in Chesterfield, Karen now lives in Malvern with her husband Steve and their dog Bess. She has one son and a granddaughter. Outside of work Karen enjoys Walking, horse riding and gardening.
A general practice all-rounder Karen adds an in-depth breadth of experience to the practice, in particular to our owner managed business clients.
Mark Dewick – Accounts Team
Mark joined Crump Pearce in June 2011 following a long period working as dealership accountant for a local specialist car dealer.
Mark was Born and bred in Evesham and currently lives in Harvington.
Mark has a wealth of experience providing management information to owner managers.
